According to stv21 rumours abound in the Spanish media surrounding Alvaro Bautista's MotoGP future; and that future is bright :)
The word has it - and you can check out her piece and article links by clicking here - that Alvaro may well be lined up for a 2010 Ducati seat in the top class. Check it out; fascinating glimpse ahead - and of course thoroughly deserved attention for our bloke :)

i already see the word travel around. bati's official site now picked up the news and also on some of his sponsor sites (like spiuk for example) there's a link to the article from marca.com.
what "worries" me a bit is that there are basically only two different sources who say so and all the others just repeat what marca.com said. mmmh...
in a motogp-forum one of the users said that it's a bit unlikely for ducati to plan for bautista three years in advance when they don't even know what to do with capirossi five minutes before his contract expires...
well, i kinda agree to that, but i also think that it's undeniable that bati is a superb rider and that the companies already watch out for him (even aspar wanted him three years before he finally got him). well see if he really ends up with ducati (i'd definitely like to see that combination), but i think even if not, he won't have a problem to get a good bike in the motogp class. "he brings all the sponsors" as marca put it. and all the fans, too. ;D
